The selected candidate will be working under the close support and guidance of the Deputy Country Director. He/She will be actively involved in programme development and implementation for the humanitarian and development portfolio of WFP in Ninawa and Kirkuk; and will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with the Governmental counterparts, stakeholders, and UN Agencies, assessing, and understanding the context, to identify programmatic needs to be addressed by WFP.

Duration of contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance
Salary: Starting at USD 57,959.00 gross per annum
Medical Plan: International valid medical plan for the staff member, spouse, and dependent children
