L’ associé(e) à l’Information, Communication et Technologie effectue des activités procédurales et certaines activités spécialisées relatives aux systèmes ICT de l’UNICEF, qui comprennent l’administration des ordinateurs de bureau et l’exploitation des serveurs. Les activités spécialisées concernent généralement l’installation et la configuration de routine des composants des systèmes ICT et l’orientation des utilisateurs. Les activités procédurales comprennent tous les autres processus qui peuvent ne pas nécessiter l’application d’une formation et de connaissances

The following minimum requirements:

Education: Un diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire est exigé, complété par une formation formelle en informatique, en systèmes d’information, en télécommunications ou en ingénierie.

Un certificat de Foundation ITIL ou une certification équivalente en matière d’assistance à la clientèle est un atout.
*Pour ce poste, une licence délivrée par un établissement universitaire reconnu dans un domaine pertinent peut remplacer trois années d’expérience professionnelle. Une maîtrise peut remplacer deux années supplémentaires.

Work Experience: Une expérience professionnelle pratique d’au moins six ans dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, nécessitant des méthodes systématiques de dépannage et de résolution des problèmes, est requise.

Une expérience de l’assistance aux utilisateurs de produits et services informatiques et de l’utilisation d’applications et d’outils de diagnostic est requise.

Une expérience pratique de la fourniture d’une assistance et de services techniques et commerciaux à la clientèle est requise.

Une expérience pratique et une connaissance pratique de diverses plates-formes et applications informatiques sont requises.

Skills (optional):

– Bonne connaissance de la réglementation, des règles et des procédures de l’UNICEF en matière de TIC, ainsi que des systèmes et des applications.

– Bonne connaissance pratique des systèmes informatiques, y compris des logiciels des systèmes d’exploitation des micro-ordinateurs (par exemple Windows), du matériel et des logiciels d’application, ainsi que d’autres équipements de bureautique.

– Capacité à comprendre les données et à utiliser efficacement les systèmes de bureautique pour leur saisie et leur extraction.

– Capacité à fournir une orientation en cours d’emploi aux clients.

Language Requirements: La maîtrise du français est requise.
