Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The position of IT Specialist (AI Products) is assigned to the Digital for Development Operations Division (ITOP) within the Information Technology Department. You will be based at our [Headquarters in Manila, Philippines].

You will report to Director, ITOP. Your Role

ADB is seeking an IT Specialist (AI Products) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the envisioning of AI’s future and its implications for the products we develop, focusing on creating cutting-edge products tailored for enterprise use cases.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, as well as the design engineering and data science team, throughout the entire product lifecycle—from conceptualization to implementation and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for envisioning innovative technologies, and a profound comprehension of AI’s business applications.

You will:

• Proactively anticipate enterprise needs and identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.
• Align product strategies closely with business and brand objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science and design teams to ensure alignment between product vision and technical capabilities.
• Demonstrate unwavering conviction in making challenging product and business decisions.
• Ownership of the complete lifecycle of products, from conception to rollout
• Exhibit technical proficiency in AI and data capabilities, as well as their applications through APIs.

Qualifications

You will need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
• Over 8+ years’ experience which includes at least 3 years of hands-on experience in leading digital product management initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative solutions to market.
• Deep understanding of enterprise product development processes, including market research, user-centric design principles, and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in navigating complex technical landscapes, particularly in AI and data-driven technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities and driving results under tight deadlines.
• Passion for staying at the forefront of technology trends and continuously expanding knowledge in digital product management and AI innovation.
• Proactive mindset, with a natural inclination towards problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement in product development processes and outcomes.
