  • University degree in construction management, architecture or civil engineering or equivalent relevant
    professional experience.
  • Not less than five years of experience in the construction projects management with emphasis on office
    buildings.
  • Knowledge of applicable EU construction legislation and standards.
  • Knowledge of applicable administrative procedures related to infrastructure project like construction and
    occupation permit processes, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to express himself/herself orally and in writing, including the writing of clear and
    concise reports and the production of high quality written output on complex matters.
  • Experience in the technical administration of contracts and in project management.
  • Basic knowledge of NATO regulations.
  • Knowledge of technical support software, such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
  • Expertise in interpreting construction drawings and completing project review.
POST DETAILS
  • NATO Civilian Staff are invited to apply
  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 370.72, tax free
  • (Definite Duration) This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract until 31 December 2025.
