Job Overview:
The Employer Engagement Coordinator coordinates the implementation and service delivery for the Providing Access to Refugees through Training, New skills, English & Readiness (PARTNER) program, which aims to assist refugee clients in retaining jobs and moving beyond entry-level positions in their chosen fields. Specifically, the Employer Engagement Coordinator leads in securing and maintaining partnerships with employers to provide workplace-based training opportunities, develop & deliver “Engaging & Advancing with Refugee Workers” packages, conduct workplace needs assessments with employer partners and ensure timely and quality implementation of the program. The employer engagement coordinator will supervise the two Employer Engagement Specialists.

Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum GED or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
