How can you make a difference?
The Child Protection Officer reports to the Chief, Field Office in Tamale for supervision. A secondary reporting line is with the Chief, Child Protection in the Country Office in Accra. The Child Protection Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for child protection programmes/projects within the Country Programme from development planning to delivery of results.
The position contributes particularly to support the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of child protection programmes/projects in the Northern regions of Ghana, including prevention, strengthen resilience, preparedness, response for humanitarian situations.
