- Complete secondary school or equivalent education.
- Experience in supply and maintenance contract administration normally acquired as a Senior Clerk after three to five years in the Agency or in a similar organisation.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of US FMS procedures.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of risk management.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-functional organisation.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 203.10, tax free.
