• Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, processes, and automations, generating dashboard and custom reports, data entry flow process, and user administration
• Ensure data is accurate and up-to-date by monitoring data quality and taking corrective action as necessary
• Participate in Global Fundraising Analytic Group activities, such as insight discussions, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, providing the submission of reports and analysis from SC Indonesia, etc.
• Provide data analysis and visualization for use by the Resource Mobilization Department
• Data consolidation regarding income collected from donor individual and non-individual giving
• Review all output that been produced to ensure the quality, accuracy of the result and in line with the objectives of the strategy.

Requirements:

The external collaborator must demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Min 2 Years experience with Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistic, marketing, mathematics, or a related field
• Proven work experience as an Digital Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong critical thinking skills and an extremely analytical mind
• Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytic, Phyton, R, SQl, etc.
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
