? Collect massive procurement date from the system, existing suppliers, procurement transactions, contracts/FWAs that are required to be uploaded in the systems, reports and dashboards
? Participate/support in completion of procurement activities, fleet, warehouse and asset management as needed.
? Collect data of SCI procurement processes for Prosave as per instruction of Supply Chain Director
? Assist in filling and collecting suppliers’ questionnaires, vetting questionnaires and submits to the project lead.
? Carry out the project accountability and learning of ProSave system and supporting supply chain in data management in provincial level.
? Support in report preparation and follow up on plan of actions as per Supply Chain Director
? Perform any related task assigned by line manager
