Responsibilities:
- Supporting platform management experts in building and testing online courses.
- Performing initial troubleshooting of reported errors.
- Working in collaboration with subject-matter and e-learning experts to finalize e-learning content and support their deployment in the Agora learning management system.
- Take on additional Learning and Development projects may be assigned based on the intern’s areas of interest and expertise.
Requirements:
- Current enrolment in a degree programme at the Bachelor or Master’s level or recent graduate (within 2 years) in education, instructional design, or other related fields.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in e-learning authoring tools is an asset.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong commitment and drive for results demonstrated.
