• Contribute to the selection of the businesses with UNICEF implementing partners sharing written advice on the selection.
• 3 weeks (To be completed after the induction meeting)
• Handle legal Registration process for established business.
• SOPs of the legal registration processes (addressing exceptions as well)
• Sensitization of concerned youth on the legal process for registration
• 2 weeks (To be completed after the initiation of the SOP development)
• Support the business establishment and registration.
• Contribute to the preparatory phase of the business establishment and provision of technical advice (equipment, physical space…)
• Registration of the 6 businesses groups
• 8 weeks (To be completed after the initiation of the business establishment)
• Ensure business growth and sustainability.
• Develop a growth and sustainability plan for each business in participation of the youth group.
• Provide coaching for the youth groups over 6 months on biweekly basis during the first 3 months and then on monthly basis.
• 4 months in parallel with other activities (To be completed after the completion of the business establishment)
• Adapt the UNICEF Career guidance toolkit from economic and business perspective.
• Review the UNICEF career guidance tool.
• Share adjusted draft.
• Review adjustment with UNICEF team and test it with the partners.
• Finalize the updated version.
• 6 weeks in parallel with other activities (To be completed once requested by UNICEF)
• Build the capacity of career guidance trainers (pilot group) of UNICEF implementing partners.
• Conduct one training to the pilot group addressing the new added topics.
• 2 weeks in parallel with other activities (To be completed after the completion of the career guidance toolkit)

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in socio-economic development, business development and entrepreneurship.
• At least 5 years of work experience in business development, training and coaching in business development, engagement with the private sector, entrepreneurship.
• Proven theoretical and practical experience in business establishment, business registration and development.
