Description of the Assignment: The Aspire to Innovate (a2i) project builds on the Government of Bangladesh’s efforts to introduce a citizen-centric culture of innovation in civil service to improve service delivery and make services more inclusive, affordable, reliable, and easier to access. This project provides support to establish institutional mechanisms and improve accountability to accelerate SDG achievements in Bangladesh. The e-Quality framework promotes inclusive and equitable digital infrastructure and services, ensuring all individuals, regardless of socio-economic status, benefit from digital advancements. It advocates for fair distribution of digital benefits, protection of privacy and data security, and empowerment of marginalized communities through digital literacy. By focusing on equity and justice, the framework aims to bridge the digital divide and foster sustainable social and economic development, and the data analyst will position a2i as a trusted partner in driving socio-economic development through innovation. The research endeavors to fill gaps in existing knowledge and contribute to evidence-based decision-making. With a focus on zero digital divides, the project aims to inform policy formulation and practice through robust empirical research. The Research Assistant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the project’s objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Period of assignment/services: 30 (Thirty) working days over 02 (two) months
