Responsibilities:

 

• Providing support to young people who are not supported by protective factors (families, friends, communities, school, and cultural connections) to enable them to lead safe, healthy, and active lives. entering, or already involved in, the Youth Justice System, including those who are exiting detention or under youth justice supervision.
• Providing a culturally responsive service by embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into the design, delivery and evaluation of your programs and services.
• Providing young people with case management support that is collaborative, coordinated and client-centred, supporting young people to meet their individual needs and to increase their self-reliance and independence.
• Provision of quality service delivery
• Monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes
