Responsibilities:

• Support the production, organization, tabulation, systematization and interpretation of data related to axis 2 actions.
• Support the preparation of reports on the Axis on data, deliveries and actions developed.
• Perform administrative activities, such as document management and review.
• Support the systematization of information and documents on the Axis, spreadsheets, presentations, research of bibliographic sources, support in the preparation of documents such as official letters and presentations and other documents necessary for management.
• Contribute technically to the development of actions on axis 2 of the Program.
• Prepare and review, whenever required, documents and products on the themes developed by axis 2 of the Program, such as initial assistance; presentation hearing; concentrated hearing; vacancy center; prevention and combat of torture; right to culture, mental health and other activities aimed at qualifying the socio-educational system.
• Support for HR management/people management: monitor and record technical supervision of work, feedback, action plan/improvements, and contract renewals.
• Support the management of the Axis’ governance calendar and the recording of meetings.
• Support the implementation of training by the Axis for SGD actors, mainly from the justice system, to implement and strengthen initial service flows for adolescents who are attributed to have committed an offense; vacancy centers; concentrated hearings; judicial inspections in socio-educational units and programs; monitoring programs for adolescents after serving socio-educational measures; prevention and combat of torture flows; strengthening of the open environment; promotion of reading; among other actions, in line with the knowledge products and regulations published by the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
• Support the implementation of communication actions, aimed at the Judiciary, society and partner institutions aimed at raising awareness about the principle of comprehensive protection for adolescents, specifically those who are attributed to have committed an offense and are serving socio-educational measures.
• Perform other tasks and activities required by supervision.

Requirements:

juvenile justice and/or socio-educational policy, such as management of socio-educational policy; presentation hearing; concentrated hearing, initial service, vacancy center and other projects aimed at qualifying the socio-educational system is required. Professional and/or academic experience, including internship will be considered.
• Professional and/or academic experience with policies and/or projects in the areas of Human Rights, childhood and youth, prevention and combat of torture or related areas (desirable).
• Professional experience in consulting for the preparation of reports and technical documents for publication and other knowledge products (desirable).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (required)
• Knowledge of the Office Package (required)
