Responsibilities:
- Implement and lead in the delivery of FORWARD Project targets
- Organize community based working groups
- Coordinate the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project in partnership with local government units, community, inter-agency network, and other stakeholders.
- Ensures timely and quality technical report writing and documentation
- Establish and maintain relationship with the executive and legislative branches of government, relevant agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Environment, Social Sciences or any related courses and/or equivalent experience in project management.
- At least six-month experience in report writing and monitoring of projects.
- A working knowledge of the operations of materials recovery facility, Solid Waste Management
- Planning and local laws on Solid Waste Management.
- Community organizing & training facilitation.
- Experienced in coordination with local agencies and in working with local government units, civil society organizations, churches, faith-based organizations, etc.
- Competence in the use of MS Office and excellence in both oral and written English communication especially in technical report writing and analysis.
- Can use technology in project designing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
