Requirements:

You have:

  • A university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in procurement and contracting, with expertise in Source-to-settle, Request for quote (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
  • An in-depth understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Source-to-Settle systems, and procurement contract tools. Knowledge of the Coupa system is an asset.
  • An enhanced knowledge of principals, practices, regulations, life cycle of the procurement of goods and services.

  • Qualified to lead the full procurement cycle, from RFQs and RFPs to contract negotiation and closure.

You are interested in:

  • Acquiring simple and complex services and goods for both domestic and international requirements.
  • Managing diverse procurement needs, from local to international. Spanning a wide range of categories and creating and issuing various types of contracts/purchase orders.
  • Securing contracts and agreements in areas such as Employee Relocation, IT Hardware, Software, Communications Services, Human Resource Services, Professional/Consultant services, Office Products, Building, Facility and Security services, etc.
  • Resolving procurement issues and providing advice and guidance on procurement processes, procedures, and regulations to internal clients.
