Responsibilities:


Technology is an integral pillar of Future of HR, to streamline processes to unlock HR & client capacities, personalize engagements for better employee experiences, and enable data-driven talent management to achieve the WBG goals. One of the ongoing initiatives is the introduction an AI/ML-enabled Continuous Listening Platform that will help the organization understand employee sentiments and needs and strengthen approach to continuous listening.

The selected ETC will assist in all areas of employee listening and engagement, engagement survey design and delivery, and platform, design, and configuration for the Continuous Listening Platform. The ETC will report to the Manager, Talent and Career Development and work closely with the survey design and administration program team responsible for the design and delivery of the survey and platform.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Survey Design and Delivery

• Contribute to the enhancement of the employee listening and engagement survey and all other listening mechanisms that meets the business needs and supports business priorities with high engagement of our workforce.
• Contribute to the development of survey and assessment (such as multi-rater) approaches, including survey structure, content, schedule, and other parameters, with the vendor and internal WBG stakeholders; incorporate vendor recommendations and industry best practices.
• Support the team in the technical design, improvements and ongoing preparation and delivery, analysis, and follow up on results of the multi-rater assessments.
• Support the team in the implementation of impactful manager and employee enablement initiatives post-survey to facilitate enterprise-wide action management.
• Contribute to the development and facilitation of training related to employee listening and engagement.

Implementation of Continuous Listening Platform

• Support the team and collaborate with the selected vendor on developing and maintaining the implementation plan, ensure timely completion of implementation activities including, but not limited to platform deployment and user testing, configuration, OIS accreditation, migration of historical data, and other activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define configuration requirements and contribute to the definition of user roles and Continuous Listening Platform business rules.
• Design and develop dashboards for reporting and additional analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

Communications and Change Management

• Lead focus groups, interviews, facilitate discovery sessions, review/present project findings, conduct working sessions as part of project engagements.
• Develop presentations, reports and/or documents that support engagement and decision-making.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as needed to support the project and team.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Development/Behavior, or related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in HR/talent management practices, especially employee engagement practices and approaches including measuring employee engagement via surveys and driving engagement via action management.
• Knowledge and Experience utilizing various modern survey solutions including those leveraging AI/ML technology, designing, and delivering employee listening mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, 1~1 interviews, 360 assessments, etc.) to produce actionable insights and monitoring for action management.
• Excellent change management experience and ability to build relationships, conduct focus groups and collaborate effectively across diverse client groups and the Human Resources Department colleagues.
• Excellent analytical skills: ability to provide reports, analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• High-level of proficiency in problem solving, critical thinking, analyzing complex situations, and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills in English, ability to translate complex data for various audiences, including designing effective and engaging presentations and writing reports.
• Self-starter, good at generating ideas from self and others, and figuring out practical ways to implement and put them into practice and engage others in the task/project.
• Highly motivated team player, able to collaborate with others effectively and share knowledge. Able to communicate, collaborate and engage colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work effectively under stress; prioritize and juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including working effectively in a virtual and multicultural team-based environment.
