- Graduate degree in law such as LL.M., Master’s degree, PhD, or LL.D.
- At least 10 years of experience public law, procurement, dispute settlement, arbitration or debarment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply legal principles, concepts and policy to a range of issues, in particular in the public/private procurement and contracting areas, debarment proceedings, and dispute settlement.
- Analytical skills and ability to conduct research and to process large amounts of information within a short period.
- Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Power Point.
