• Map Existing Energy Initiatives: Research and document current energy-related projects and programs in Namibia, with a particular focus on those related to renewable energy sources and green hydrogen.
• Analyze Stakeholders and Objectives: Identify key stakeholders in Namibia’s energy sector and assess the objectives and impacts of their initiatives, including government agencies, private companies, and international partners.
• Identify potential synergies, collaborations, and partnerships among energy initiatives and stakeholders to enhance coordination, avoid duplication, and maximize impact.
• Prepare a Green Hydrogen Policy Brief: Develop a comprehensive policy brief that outlines the significance of green hydrogen for Namibia, evaluates current initiatives, and provides actionable recommendations for advancing green hydrogen development.
• Develop Policy Recommendations: Propose strategic measures for green hydrogen infrastructure, investment opportunities, regulatory frameworks, and public engagement to foster a sustainable green hydrogen sector in Namibia.
