Description of the Assignment: The consultant will work in close collaboration with the UNDP PNG Programme Support Unit (PSU) and will report and submit deliverables to the UNDP PNG Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst for review and approval. The mid term evaluation will be conducted in close collaboration with UNDP, UNODC, and key national stakeholders. The mid–term evaluation will assess project performance against targets set out in the project results framework in the approved project document.

The mid–term evaluation seeks to answer the following questions focused on the evaluation criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, and Human Rights.

Period of assignment/services: 40 working days over 2 months.

 

Proposals should be submitted directly to the portal no later than the indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
