Consultancy Needed – Video Editor (Whiteboard Animator) – Jakarta

Background

Save the Children set an ambitious global breakthrough to ensure all children survive, learn, and be protected. As part of the global movement, we set a target to triple our impact from 4 million children/youth in 2023 to 12 million children/youth by 2030. To achieve this goal, we are transforming our business model to be a diversified NGO, by innovating our impact model through localization, diversifying our revenue streams, and strengthening our operating model. To ensure the success of our transformation plan, we need to ensure that staff member react positively and are motivated to follow with the planned change. One of the way to do that is through communication of change. Therefore, we will create and disseminate communication products to internal and external audiences.

Objective

• Increase SC IDN staff understanding about Localization Concept
• Increase SC IDN staff understanding about Ecosystem Partnership
• Eco-convenor for external stakeholders (e.g., potential donor or partner)

Deliverables

Video Editor consultant will edit some video footage to become 2 final whiteboard animation:

• Script will be provided by Save the Children with creative consultation with selected video editor.
• Video editor will develop storyboard based on the approved script.
• The editing process will produce 1,5 minutes for each final whiteboard animation.
• The voice over will be provided by the video editor.
• Music will be provided by video editor/inter from our licensed library.
• Create several simple motion graphics: text animation, charts, and geographical maps.
• Provide ID-EN subtitles in SRT format.
• Provide revision up to 2 cycles.
