The Behavior Change, Communication, and Awareness Specialist Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic communication and outreach activities aimed at promoting behavior change, raising awareness, and fostering community engagement for the project funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The consultant will work closely with the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) to develop communication materials, conduct social mobilization campaigns, and strengthen community participation in project initiatives.
