Institutional Arrangements The consultant will work under supervision of the Director of TECPD, MED and coordinate with other staff and consultants of the TECPD. The TECPD will review the deliverables and submit them to East Asia Department, ADB. The consultant will report to the Director of TECPD, MED, and Project Officer, TA 10007.
