JOB SUMMARY

The main objective of the position is to enable the mapping process of the Global Grading Framework. This position will also contribute to the development of the global maintenance guidelines and tools in line with IDRH strategic priorities, prepare for implementation of the Global Grading Framework and support entities in consistent implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the mapping of the Global Grading Framework.

  1. Assist entity focal points in preparing for the mapping exercise, including explaining preparation needed and helping entities identify unique functions and documentation relating to the entity set up.
  2. Work with the Korn Ferry consultants in the production of guidelines and tools (including training) to support the mapping of the Global Grading Framework in the entities.
  3. Support the mapping exercise with the entities, including ensuring mapping is correctly recorded and that lessons and conclusions are captured.
  4. Help prepare and disseminate outcomes of the mapping through different types of reports and communicate tools.
  5. Facilitate dialogue amongst MSF HR referents on mapping outcomes to strengthen cooperation and transparency across the movement on issues related to job scoring.
  6. Work with entities to help develop impact analyses of implementation of the Global Grading Framework.
  7. Work with the Global Grading Framework Project Manager to prepare for the implementation of the Global Grading Framework and work with entities to support them in consistent implementation.
  8. Working with the International HR change manager in identifying relevant stakeholders and develop communication messages for stakeholders.
