Description of the Assignment: To support the Ministry of Finance/Central Harmonization Unit (CHU) by supporting and coordinating the upgrading of the organizational framework for implementing Financial Management and Control training in the public sector and to support the implementation of the EU PFM Facility by monitoring and reporting on key policy developments in the domain of PFM reform and by revising the results framework and putting in place a monitoring and evaluation systems. To supporting the implementation of FMC training across the public sector and contribute to the implementation of Activities 3.2.1: Improving the organizational framework for implementing FMC training in the public sector and 3.2.2: Improving the content of knowledge products and training tools, as well as to provide horizontal support to the EU PFM Facility in monthly policy reporting to the EU Delegation to Serbia and improve the results framework to enable more effective monitoring and reporting on project implementation.

Period of assignment/services: August 2024 – February 2025
