This entails a managed relocation of some functions from our New York headquarters that meet strategic and efficiency objectives.
The HR Advisor, assists in driving the pivot exercise, specifically the HR elements, including a development and implementation of a comprehensive HR support strategy. The HR Advisor ensures implementation of all HR-related activities in accordance with the HR support strategy (i.e. reassignments, staff support, etc.), addresses individual needs
of personnel and addresses human-resources related contractual matters. The HR Advisor works closely with the Staff Council, Business Transformation Unit, Legal, the Pivot to the Field Task Team and co-chairs.
