Key Responsibilities:

The RPA Developer supports a global team responsible for using technology, methodologies, and value analysis to improve business processes’ efficiency and quality. With oversight from the OpEx Director, the post holder will execute projects that aim at and drive the implementation of the organizational priority of reducing processing time and increasing quality results from Shared Services and partnership processes.

Is responsible for supporting the change towards agility, ensuring the staff, leaders and project managers, partners and customers, have the necessary resources, capabilities, policies, standards and support. A strong adherence to global policies and procedures is required, including Data Management, InfoSec, Change Management, Release Management, IT Infrastructure and Solutions, People & Culture, Finance and other relevant.

Profile requires a combination of majors in Industrial Engineering, Systems or Computer Engineering, or similar.

MAJOR RESPONSABILITIES

Deliver Integrated Automation Services

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
• Maintain, improve, or change solutions according to new requirements.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Support deployments and troubleshoot any potential production issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assists in the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes to the production environment.
• Design forms and workflows.
• Apply process maps analysis tools to draft solutions.
• Partner with Business Intelligence in all data collection solutions projects.
• Assist in the maintenance of forms and low complexity changes.
• Provides ongoing maintenance of bots.
• Participates in review sessions where patterns of development and break/fix metrics are reviewed as part of standard process for optimizing RPA development processes.
• Provides Level 1 and 2 production support.
• Troubleshoots existing bots to identify errors or deficiencies and develops solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Project Management

• Participates in project planning process with team members.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Engage Process Owners in automation Championship Programs to identify Potential processes for Automation.
• Learn basic Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Assist with methodology applications in assigned projects.
• Provide basic recommendations for areas of opportunity.
• Document process/value stream maps of designed solutions and new processes.
• Assists in the development of user guides and training documentation for systems.
• Document learnings, upgrades, and best practices from using automation tools.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• English proficiency required
• O365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Assistant)
• Advanced and proven skills in Robotic Process Automation and Low-Code/No-Code
• Advanced knowledge and background on UiPath, SQL, C++, VBA, HTML, Java, and any other programming languages.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in automation applications used in process optimization and digitalization with proven RoI
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a global organization (stakeholders in various time zones) and a multi-cultural/virtual environment
• Proven experience in effectively communicating with all levels of the organization (verbally and in writing)
• Solution development using software (managing software development life cycle)
• Delivering services with high customer satisfaction
• Excellent skills in time management, problem-solving, interpersonal relations, decision-making, and oral and written communication
