  • Complete secondary education or relevant professional experience.
  • At least seven years of work experience in the Agency or in an accounting/finance role in a comparable organisation.
  • Very good knowledge of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strict sense of confidentiality and discretion in the treatment of all subjects and activities directly involved in.
  • Ability to work as a member of a cohesive team for the efficient accomplishment of defined processes and tasks.
