Team builder and talent developer, working as an integral contributor building Program Development capacity and driving talent development throughout the organization.

Kind contributor to an extraordinary team, contributing to collective problem solving as the organization grapples with complex challenges in high-risk settings.

You will be a creative and entrepreneurial professional to lead the organization’s business development efforts.

Leading the business development approach globally. Drive RI’s business development strategy, and oversee Program Development staff globally to successfully identify, lead, prepare for, and win proposals for our new programs.
