  • University degree in one of the following fields: Information Communication Technology, business administration, management control and organisational audit or quality management.
  • Experience in planning, including scheduling and controlling in a complex ICT environment.
  • Experience in customer accounts management, including budgeting applied to a complex ICT environment.
  • Knowledge of ICT systems and concepts, including ICT architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity and software development.

Ability to interpret them, both orally and in writing, into a non-technical description.

  • Experience in the field of the ISO Quality Management Standards and of QA techniques applied to a complex ICT environment.
  • Knowledge in procurement and financial aspects applied to a complex ICT environment acquired in the Agency or similar organisation.
  • Knowledge of the internal control framework [specifically the Committee of Sponsoring Organisations (COSO)] and a solid understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency.
  • NATO’s two official languages are English and French.

 

The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.
