SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE:

This position provides technical expertise, efficient coordination, and effective communication within the CEO’s office.

This role ensures the CEO’s access to information, manages administrative tasks, and supports the seamless execution of critical responsibilities and missions.

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical expertise and assistance to the CEO in addressing a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Document Preparation: Create technical documents and reports in alignment with the CEO’s directives and needs.
  • Information Consolidation: Collect and consolidate relevant records to prepare executive briefs for the CEO’s decision-making.
  • Communication Management: Prepare and manage all communication, briefs, talking points, and speeches required by the CEO.
  • Technical File Management: Maintain organized technical files pertaining to the CEO’s activities and responsibilities.
  • Critical Issue Briefing: Ensure the CEO is thoroughly briefed on critical matters demanding immediate attention.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mail Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail in the CEO’s office, ensuring timely and organized communication.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and track all activities directed to the CEO, facilitating smooth workflow.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date database of all communications involving the CEO.
  • Schedule Management: Prepare schedules for the CEO’s appointments and meetings, communicating pertinent details to relevant parties.
  • Mission Coordination: Arrange and coordinate all logistics related to the CEO’s missions in collaboration with relevant units.
  • Meeting Logistics: Ensure the provision of all necessary logistics for the CEO’s meetings and engagements, guaranteeing seamless operations.
