University degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent.
Experience gained through practice or auditing of internal control systems (based on the COSO Framework on Internal Control, COBIT or other internal control frameworks).
Analytical, writing, communication skills and the ability to conduct complex operational, compliance and performance assessments.
A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification.
NATO’s two official languages are English and French.
