Purpose of the position:
The case worker is responsible for the provision of post abuse case management services to survivors and their families.

Key outputs and responsibilities
1.
Responsible for the provision of GBV case management interventions, including conducting risk assessments and development of case plans.
2. Responsible for case identification
3. Conduct and sustain community and stakeholder relationships in collaboration with the HIV Prevention, Livelihoods, OVC, CLEO to ensure project ownership and collaboration.
4. Facilitate comprehensive quality data flow, reflection and adaptation of approaches in the field
5.Facilitate beneficiary engagement and support overall project implementation
6. Capture and document field dynamics, impact stories and lessons learnt
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Prior Work Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in post abuse case management Experience in Programme Coordination Experience in report writing (management and donor reports) Skills and Abilities: Communication, leadership, team management, negotiation and risk management skills Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to develop evaluation protocols, and conduct target setting with measurable outcomes.
Must be adept in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data and present findings in both oral and written form.
