JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the Head of COR/HRM/TMG/TDP, the consultant will design and facilitate custom-made team-based workshops for members of UNIDO’s workforce.

Team-Building interventions:
  • Needs analysis and preparation
  • Develop and design customized training on the basis of the specific identified need
  • Deliver the agreed number of workshops
  • Team-based follow-up and team coaching (if needed)
  • Provide course/reference materials
  • Conduct post-training evaluation
  • Submit a short report on the results of the post-training evaluation with recommendations
Up to 40 days Online/F2F
Mentoring Programme
  • Prepare and co-facilitate mentor/mentee sessions of the mentoring programme for strong engagement of the mentors and mentees
Up to 10 days Online/F2F
Individual coaching and team coaching
  • Individual or team-based coaching, including for senior managers
  • 360 degree feedback for developmental purposes combined with coaching including for senior managers
Up to 10 days Online/F2F

MINIMUM ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Education

Advanced university degree in a business management, education, psychology, human resources, law, or other relevant social science fields as well as a coaching certification is required.

Technical and Functional Experience

A minimum of ten years of professional experience in designing and delivering trainings for international audience including senior levels, preferably in the UN common system, and proven ability to use modern learning approaches (interactive and inclusive methodology), is required.
