JOB DESCRIPTION

 

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

  • Register data into relevant data collection forms as needed;
  • Enter, check and manage data in databases as requested

 

  • Conduct phone-based interviews as part of needs assessments or other data collection efforts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • University degree in a relevant field such as statistics, math, data analysis, computer science, psychology, political science, economics, international development, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian and English( at least B1 level).

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • At least 2 years of experience operating hotlines, customer support, or working with large databases
  • 1-2 Years preferably in NGOs.
  • Experience in data collection and proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets quickly
  • Proven analytical background
