The Opportunity

Trócaire is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Coordinator to support us on our new approach to sustainability, leading the way in developing and embedding robust reporting processes, ensuring that we are prepared for upcoming Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) regulations and ensuring that Trócaire can make data-driven decisions.

The role will work across the entirety of Trócaire, including all divisions and office and operational locations and will work closely with relevant areas to develop the necessary processes to prepare for robust and accurate reporting against CSRD.

The post holder will be an integral member of Trócaire’s newly formed Environmental and Sustainability Working Group (ESWG), helping to determine, develop and deliver a vision, strategy and action plan for Trócaire’s organisational environment, climate and sustainability impact.

Requirements

You will report to The Head of Standards and Compliance.The job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term for two years and is based in Maynooth.

We’re looking for a self-motivated and detailed -orientated person with a genuine passion for environmental and sustainability isssues. You will be pivotable in ensuring that Trócaire has efficient reporting mechanisms to ensure full acvountability and transparency in our ESG reporting and therefore demonstratable experience in carbon auditing and environmental reporting is essential.
