The SDG AI Lab has experienced significant growth over the last 5 years, expanding from 2 to 15 people. Currently, it is running over 20 projects focused on digital technologies for sustainable development.
The SDG AI Lab has three main workstreams focusing on technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, GIS and others:

• Advisory
SDG AI Lab has several digital products: Digital Social Vulnerability Index (DSVI), AI for Tourism, OSDG and others. Also, the Lab develops custom state-of-the-art digital solutions for development stakeholders.
Entering its 6th year, SDG AI Lab would like to reposition itself by developing a vision for the next phase and reorganizing its structure and workflow.
The volunteers will support the SDG AI Lab by
• Formulating 3-year development strategy to enhance the Lab’s relevance, competitiveness, and sustainability.
• Assessing the current management and software development practices and provide recommendations in-line with software consultancies best practices
• Providing recommendations on partnerships and competitor relationships to optimize collaboration and competition strategies.
• Extensive experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on tech startups and international organizations.
• Proven track record of advising organizations on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
