UNV Pakistan Field Unit interacts with UN entities to strategically and meaningfully integrate volunteerism into the implementation and delivery of their mandates. To ensure the smooth deployment and onboarding of UN Volunteers into the Host Entity, the UNV Pakistan Field Unit intends to develop a UN Volunteers Induction document for different levels of UN personnel from the Host Entity, such as the Head of the Organisation, HR, and corresponding Supervisor(s).

To that end, the UNV Pakistan Field Unit is seeking support from Online Volunteers with expertise in recruitment and human resources, through this assignment that aims to provide detailed information on the UN Volunteers policy and procedures of pre-boarding and onboarding for Host Entities.

We are seeking two Online Volunteers to support us by preparing a one-pager induction document highlighting information on UN Volunteers’ pre-boarding and onboarding procedures.

To this end, the Online Volunteers are asked:
– To prepare a one-pager document for the Host Entity`s Supervisors to highlight pre-boarding and onboarding procedures.
– Ensure the document is concise and in line with our policy and guidelines.

The selected Online Volunteers will be provided with the Condition of service, pre-boarding, and onboarding policy and will receive guidance from the UN Volunteers Field Unit.

Candidates should be fluent in English. Familiarity with technical terms related to recruitment or human resources will be considered an advantage. Previous relevant experience is considered an asset.
