  • University Degree in Engineering or relevant professional experience.
  • At least five years of proven experience in the field of Quality Management [application of ISO standards and the Allied Quality Assurance Publication (AQAP) 2000 Series] and Risk Management, preferably in a sizeable organisation.
  • Experience in the area of Quality Assurance/ Quality Control in a military depot/workshop or in a similar civilian organisation.
  • Experience in product/service acceptance activities.
  • Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short notice deadlines.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with good briefing and presentation skills, ability to interact with senior staff in an international environment using tact and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methods with work experience in project management environments.
  • At least three years of proven experience of applied Risk Management, process review and improvement implementation activities.
