University Degree in Engineering or relevant professional experience.
At least five years of proven experience in the field of Quality Management [application of ISO standards and the Allied Quality Assurance Publication (AQAP) 2000 Series] and Risk Management, preferably in a sizeable organisation.
Experience in the area of Quality Assurance/ Quality Control in a military depot/workshop or in a similar civilian organisation.
Experience in product/service acceptance activities.
Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short notice deadlines.
Effective oral and written communication skills, with good briefing and presentation skills, ability to interact with senior staff in an international environment using tact and diplomacy.
Knowledge of project management principles and methods with work experience in project management environments.
At least three years of proven experience of applied Risk Management, process review and improvement implementation activities.

Basic monthly salary: EUR 7,370.72, tax free.
