Work collaboratively with authors, writers, and other team members to address editing and language-related issues.
Provide constructive feedback to writers to help improve the quality of content.
Stay updated on changes and updates to the WHO Style Guide and incorporate them into the editing process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an editor or proofreader, preferably with experience in health or scientific content.
Familiarity with the WHO Style Guide; being a WHO-listed editor is an advantage.
Exceptional command of the English language, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and style skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
