1. Act as ICRISAT focal point in Bihar and in consultation with project coordinator, Liase with Department of Agriculture and other line departments and partners for implementation of activities of CoEMVC

2. Support project coordinator in coordination of activities with different WP team of CoEMVC and work/backstop local team for implementation of activities as per agreed workplan

3. In consultation with project coordinator and project team, develop detailed workplan, implementation plan, protocols and manuals for different project activities and ensuring data collection as per the protocols

4. Coordinate with local partners for implementation of ICRISAT’s work and visibility

5. Contribute to data analysis, project reporting as per reporting schedule to comply the donor requirements

6. Contribute to identification of training needs, conduct/facilitate organizing trainings, project workshops, partner meetings, field days, stakeholder visits etc

7. Facilitate and support ICRISAT staff/scientist/leadership from HQ for their visits and meetings with Govt and other partners as well as site visits/field operations
