1. Assist the Extrabudgetary Contributions team, including coordination with the project managers, in analyzing award and project related information in preparation of the new ERP system, which is expected to go-live 1 January 2025;
2. Assist the Extrabudgetary Contributions team in preparing Official Receipt letters related to the receipt of voluntary contributions;
3. Assist the Financial Reporting team in the review and clean-up of general ledger data in anticipation of the new ERP system;
4. Undertake other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS | ||
Education Received or in process of obtaining a first level degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field. |
||
Experience No specific experience required; however, having experience working in accounting related activities is a distinct advantage. |
||
Other requirements – Positive. – Team-focused attitude. – Desire to learn and contribute; ability to work in multi-cultural environments. |
||
Languages Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written). Knowledge of French is desirable. Knowledge of other official languages of the Organization would be an advantage. Advertisement
