The successful candidate will have a solid background in communications, demonstrated awareness of DEI principles, and a strong desire to strengthen IFC’s corporate culture in support of the organization’s mission. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional to contribute strongly to IFC’s vibrant, diverse, mission-driven culture.

The selected candidate will report to the Communications Officer for HR on IFC’s Corporate Communications team.

•  Use IFC’s internal communication channels to share organization-wide HR updates and increase staff engagement and trust in IFC HR.
