Under the overall supervision of Chief Mission Support Center, the intern’s tasks will include but not limited to: 1. Answer phone inquiries from various clients and direct the calls to the responsible personnel in MSC or take a message. 2. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files and organize documents; scanning, printing, oversee documents and requests are signed by approving authority. 3. Assist in preparing and consolidating data received by the team sites. 4. Assist in managing MSC database and input information, as received in the weekly meetings. 5. Shadow multiple MSC positions and train in a variety of tasks. 6. Extract source data, organize it and produce analytical reports, visuals and presentations in Power BI and/or Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office Programmes. 7. Provide support to MSC team in logistics operations and planning.
Qualifications/special skills
a) Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent or higher); or b) Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Specifically, proficiency in EXCEL and Power BI is required.
Languages
For the Position advertised, fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
