Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director, you will define, supervise and coordinate MHPSS programs and strategies. To guarantee the quality, the relevance and the scaling of the MHPSS intervention strategy, following ACF, international and national policies and standards.

More precisely, you will be responsible for the following missions:
Contribute to the country strategy and to define the strategy and positioning of the MHPSS Department and MHPSS program strategies.
Collect and analyse internal and external data on the MHPSS context and analyse MHPSS humanitarian situation.
Communicate collected and analysed information internally and externally, and with the head office.
Ensure the definition and quality of mission sectoral strategy in agreement with the ACF international and national frameworks.
Coordinate identification of needs and formulation of project proposals.
Propose intervention strategies based on identified needs and Ensuring a cross-cutting approach to interventions.
To support implementation and reporting on programmes/projects.
Provide technical support (direct and remote) to the ACF Program Managers and MHPSS team as well as ACF partners.
Ensure active involvement of ACF in the national sectoral coordination, the technical platforms and develop sectoral partnerships.
Support the recruitment of the MHPSS team.
Identify training needs and provide trainings of the MHPSS team when required, develop technical skills of the MHPSS teams in line with the sector’s evolution.
To promote capitalization, development, technology and research of the MHPSS department.
Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during the MHPSS&P activities of the mission.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree in Clinical psychology with at least a 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
You have a strong experience in MHPSS sector.
You have an experience in leadership with an excellent managerial and supervisory skills
You have an experience in project management with an excellent planning.
You have an experience in emergency and in humanitarian environment.

Conditions d’emploi

Fixed term contract under French legislation: 6 months
SalaryMonthly gross salary from 2597 to 2968euros upon experience
Reimbursement of the pension insurance for non
French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Annual salary increase: 6% increase after and each 12 months of continuous contract
Monthly per diem and living allowance: 838euros net, field paid
Monthly country allowance: 450euros
AdvantagesChild allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000euros/year)
Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
Medical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the social security, health insurance, and repatriation insurance agreement fees.
Salary sustainment measures (sickness, paternity, maternity)
Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, airfare reimbursement with a ceiling to get to the chosen break destination, and 215 euros for each RnR period
