Depuis 2012, le Mali est confronté à des défis sécuritaires, notamment des conflits armés, des attaques contre des civils et des conflits intercommunautaires avec pour conséquence environ 7,1 million de personnes, dont 54 % d’enfants, ayant eu besoin d’une aide humanitaire en 2023, soit le double par rapport à 2019. Des données récentes sur les finances publiques montrent que le Mali consacre 5% de son budget national à la santé, inférieure à la Déclaration d’Abuja qui demande d’allouer un minimum de 15% du budget national au secteur.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Education:

 Diplôme universitaire de Médecine ou de sciences de la santé avec spécialité santé publique, économie de la santé, ou en financement de la santé

Work Experience:

Un minimum de cinq ans d’expérience professionnelle (les details dans les TDRs)

Language Requirements:

La maitrise de la langue francaise est requise, et la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout
