Position Summary:
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Finance Manager for the USAID Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) project in Thailand. The ten-year USAID Thailand CTIP project is in its eight year of implementation. addressing the root causes of human trafficking, advocate and protect vulnerable populations from trafficking and abuse, prevent at-risk populations from risky migration, and assist the Royal Thai Government in reforms needed to effectively combat trafficking and support victims.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Chief of Party, the Finance Manager is responsible for overall financial management of the USAID Thailand CTIP project. The position will be responsible for providing effective and efficient financial management systems and internal controls. He/She will work with the COP and the regional office to establish and manage effective, transparent, and auditable processes and procedures. The Finance Manager will supervise the Finance Officer and the Grants Officer and ensure compliance with USAID and Winrock policies and procedures.
