CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL

Ces postes sont basés dans les Bureaux du PAM à Ouagadougou, Ouahigouya, Kaya et Fada N’gourma et relève de l’unité Resilience.

LE POSTE

Mettre en œuvre des procédures et des activités spécialisées ou normalisées relatives aux politiques et aux programmes pour aider à mener des programmes d’assistance de manière efficace.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):

1. Mettre en œuvre des procédures et des activités spécialisées ou normalisées dans le domaine technique considéré pour faire en sorte qu’elles s’inscrivent bien dans les politiques et les directives plus vastes relatives aux programmes.

2. Fournir un appui en matière de gestion de projet et un appui administratif général dans le respect des objectifs définis ainsi que des politiques et des procédures du PAM.

3. Dans le domaine de responsabilité considéré, regrouper les données et aider à l’analyse et à l’établissement des rapports (besoins d’assistance alimentaire, utilisation des ressources, état d’avancement des programmes, performance, etc.) afin d’appuyer la prise de décisions opérationnelles.

4. Assurer l’enregistrement précis et en temps voulu des données relevant du domaine technique considéré (évaluations de la sécurité alimentaire et de la vulnérabilité, par exemple) en respectant les normes et les directives du PAM.

5. Collaborer et échanger des informations avec des collègues afin d’appuyer une collaboration, une mise en œuvre et un suivi efficaces des activités de projet en cours.

6. Faciliter la communication et les activités menées avec les partenaires, les organismes, les organisations non gouvernementales et les établissements publics présents localement.

7. Jouer le rôle d’interlocuteur ou d’interlocutrice pour la résolution de demandes opérationnelles générales en sollicitant une assistance lorsque cela est nécessaire.

8. Appliquer les pratiques standard de préparation aux situations d’urgence pour vérifier que le PAM est en mesure d’intervenir rapidement et de déployer les ressources nécessaires dans les zones touchées dès le début des crises.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE:

Formation: Avoir au minimum le Baccalaureat. Un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable.

Expérience:

. Avoir au minimum 5 ans d’experience professionnelle

• Avoir facilité la communication avec des équipes techniques (nutrition, analyse et cartographie de la vulnérabilité, etc.).

• Avoir contribué à la mise en œuvre de programmes.

Connaissances linguistiques: Maîtrise du Francais et bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
