World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Sr. Specialist.
Location: Washington, DC hybrid
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Senior Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Position Length: This is an open-ended position
Major Function
Manages WWF’s diversity-focused academic and early career talent programs aimed at increasing the diversity of our talent pipeline. Builds talent networks through proactive market research, outreach, events, partnerships and/or referrals. Establishes programs, processes and best practices to support the cultivation of a diverse workforce and inclusive culture. Responsible for coordinating organization-wide programming focused on environmental justice education. Also responsible for collaborating with ERG leaders to identify and share best practices, build relevant strategies, drive employee engagement, and ensure success of the Employee Resources Group (ERG) program. Consults with ERGs on strategic initiatives and ensures all activities are aligned to WWF’s DEI strategy.
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $85,900 to $107,300
