CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL
Depuis 2020, le PAM Burkina Faso a intensifié ses opérations pour répondre à la situation humanitaire qui prévaut dans le pays. La complexité du contexte opérationnel génère des risques que le bureau pays doit surveiller afin d’atteindre les objectifs tout en maintenant la confiance des donateurs quant à la bonne gestion et utilisation des ressources. En outre, l’environnement opérationnel à haut risque du Burkina Faso nécessite un renforcement du système de contrôle interne.
L’unité Risk Management au Burkina Faso vise à renforcer, intégrer et améliorer en permanence la gestion des risques, le contrôle interne et la conformité des opérations visàvis des politiques et procédures du PAM et à faciliter la mise en œuvre de la politique Enterprise Risk Management du PAM dans le bureau pays. Le rôle de l’unité inclut aussi la gestion des risques de fraude et corruption à travers des sensibilisations et un appui aux unités pour la mise en place de contrôle adéquats.
Afin de mener à bien cette mission, l’unité Risk Management entend se doter de ressources humaines appropriées dont un Programme Assistant.
LE POSTE
Le Risk and Compliance Programme Assistant fournit un appui à l’unité dans la gestion des informations et des données. Il est chargé du suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations, de tenir les outils de suivi à jour et de produire les rapports sur l’état de mise en œuvre des recommandations issues des missions d’audits ou de contrôle RBD/HQ et autres mesures de mitigation des risques.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE:
Formation: Avoir obtenu au minimun le Baccalaureat. Un diplome universitaire en tant que comptable qualifié, auditeur, ou diplôme d’études supérieures dans une discipline pertinente est souhaitable.

Connaissances linguistiques: Maîtrise du Francais et connaissance de l’anglais.
